日本看護協会は，国際標準の「ナース・プラクティショナー（仮称）制度の構築の推進」を重点事業として掲げている。現在，わが国においてナース・プラクティショナーの役割を担う診療看護師(NP)等の養成が行われているが，日本の医療制度と文化を踏まえた具体的な実践内容に関するコンピテンシーは明らかにされていない。国際標準のナース・プラクティショナーを養成するには，より自律して一定レベルの診断や治療を行うことができる能力を育むための教育カリキュラムの構築が必要である。本研究の目的は，日本の医療制度と文化に即した国際標準のナース・プラクティショナー養成教育カリキュラムを検討することである。2022年度は，診療看護師(NP)養成大学院のシラバスから，科目目標と教育内容を分析した。これにより，現行の7つのコンピテンシー，①包括的健康アセスメント能力，②医療処置管理の実践能力，③熟練した看護の実践能力，④看護管理能力，⑤チームワーク・協働能力，⑥医療保健福祉の活用・開発能力，⑦倫理的意思決定能力に関わる具体的教育内容が抽出された。課題として，大学院によって教育内容の差が大きく，標準化されたコア・カリキュラムの必要性が示唆された。また，看護師特定行為研修を包括しているため，診療看護師(NP)に求められる能力を育成するための教育内容が必ずしも明確になっていないことが考えられた。一方，諸外国のナース・プラクティショナーの教育システムの情報収集のために，National University of Singapore（NUS）への視察を行った。シンガポールでは，高度実践看護師として養成を行っており，養成教育から修了後の継続教育まで，一貫した教育システムが構築されており，わが国のナース・プラクティショナー（仮称）制度に向けた教育システムの参考となるものであった。

The Japan Nursing Association has set up a key project to promote the construction of the international standard. At present, Japan's medical system and culture are closely related to the specific practical contents of the training of medical nurses (NP). International standards for the development of self-discipline, diagnosis and treatment of certain diseases, education and training of the community are essential. Nurse-specific behavior training includes the development of competence for clinical nurses (NP), and the content of education must be clear. On the other hand, the National University of Singapore (NUS) conducted an inspection of the information collection of various foreign countries.
