本研究の目的は、看護学研究者の悩みや疑問に対応する看護学研究倫理コンサルテーションを実施し、看護学研究における倫理的問題と具体的解決方法を明らかにするとともに、コンサルテーションを通じて収集した問題と看護研究の特性を反映した研究倫理の教材を作成し、その教材を用いた教育を実践し教材の評価を行うことである。本年度の計画は、関連学会で交流集会を開催し、研究倫理コンサルテーションを実施するとともに、オンライン看護研究倫理コンサルテーション窓口の設置及び運用の開始準備を整えることを目標とした。そこで、12月2日に第42回看護科学学会学術集会で、「看護学研究者の為の研究倫理コンサルテーション」というテーマで実施した。交流集会では、先ず研究者が研究倫理に関する基本理念や「人を対象とする生命科学・医学系研究に関する倫理指針」に関する情報提供を行いつつ、看護学研究の場面に沿って考慮すべきポイントについて話をし、その後、参加者の悩みや疑問を共有し、参加者全員で対応策を検討した。参加者からは「大学院生の研究の審査について」、「IC簡略化の手続きについて」「症例報告と研究の違い」等、指針との関連質問が多くあった。交流集会後のアンケート調査の結果、28名から回答を得ており、20名が交流集会に満足又は大満足と回答した。自由記載では、施設やケースによって倫理審査の基準や判断が異なることが明らかになったことや、倫理審査の要不要の判断の難しさなどがあげられていた。また、参加者の多くが関連指針について理解すること、研究倫理の最新動向を知ること、インフォームド・コンセントの手続きについて理解することを交流集会に期待していたと回答した。また、オンライン看護学研究倫理コンサルテーションの窓口設置に向け、現在HPの作成と業者、研究機関との調整を図り準備を整えているところである。

Participants answered questions such as "Review of undergraduate research,""IC simplification,""Case report, research violation," etc. The results of the survey after the exchange meeting showed that 28 people answered well, and 20 people answered well. Free records, implementation, and evaluation of ethical review criteria are different, and ethical review is difficult to determine. The latest trends in research ethics are expected to be answered by the exchange of ideas and ideas. In the field of nursing research ethics, we are preparing for the adjustment of business and research institutions.
