本研究の目的は、若手教員（看護系大学に所属し、看護職免許を有する看護大学教員経験が3年未満で39歳以下の講師および助教）の能力開発に資する【若手教員の看護大学教員能力形成・向上支援プログラム（以下、支援プログラム）】を開発することである。2022年度は下記の内容を実施した。①教員の人材育成、能力開発論、成人学習理論等に関する国内外の文献検討を行い、支援プログラムに有用な情報について文献検討を行った。②先行研究（基盤研究C、課題番号: 17K12144、研究課題：看護系大学に所属する若手教員の能力形成・向上に資する教育支援の検討）から導き出された支援プログラムについて確認した。確認は教師の能力向上につながるとされるRealistic approachの5 steps procedure（事前構造化、経験、構造化、焦点化、小文字の理論）[1]を参考にした。③2024年度には若手教員の看護大学教員能力に関する調査を予定していることから、若手教員の看護大学教員能力（基盤研究C、課題番号: 25463376で開発したNFCSASを活用）、批判的思考力、社会的相互作用、役割、個人特性等を含む質問紙を作成するため、調査に用いる測定用具や質問項目の検討を行った。看護教育学研究者による専門家会議を開催し構成した支援プログラムについて検討する予定であったが、新型コロナウイルス感染症対策のため日程調整が円滑に進まず遅れているが次年度開催予定である。[1] Korthagen, F. The purpose of this study is to develop the competency development of nursing teachers (nursing college teachers under the age of 39 years old who belong to nursing colleges and have nursing job exemptions). In 2022, the contents of the annual report were implemented. (1) Literature review at home and abroad related to teacher training, competency development theory, adult learning theory, etc., and literature review for useful information in support of teacher training. (2) Pilot research (Base research C, Project No.: 17K12144, Research topic: Research on education support for teachers 'ability development in nursing colleges) Confirm the teacher's ability to move up the 5 steps procedure of Realistic approach [1] (3) In fiscal 2024, a survey was conducted on teacher competency of nursing colleges and universities (baseline study C, project number: 25463376, development and use of NFCSAS), critical thinking ability, social interaction, service, personal characteristics, etc., and a survey was conducted on measurement tools and questionnaire items.
