本研究の目的は、特定行為を実践する看護師（Specified Medical Act Nurses；SMA-Ns）の 患者中心性のケアの実現に必要となる知識やスキルを身につけるための意思決定支援トレーニングプログラムの実行可能性および潜在的有効性を明らかにすることである。令和4年度は、関連機関において研究倫理審査の承認を得た。また、Moodleという学習支援システムを用いた、意思決定支援トレーニングプログラムを作成し、クラウド上で運用可能かどうかについて動作確認を実施した。作成した意思決定支援トレーニングプログラムは、意思決定支援に精通している大学教授に確認してもらいながら作成した。意思決定支援トレーニングプログラムを管理するサーバについてはセキュリティおよび運用上の専門的知識が必要となるため専門業者と契約をした。さらに、SMA-Nsとなることが期待される中堅看護師を抽出するために、8つの地方厚生局のホームページから医療施設を抜き出し一覧表を作成した。次年度は、作成した一覧表から無作為抽出で2,000程度の施設を抽出し、施設長宛に研究依頼文書を郵送する予定である。また、アウトカム指標として使用する英文尺度の翻訳作業を実施し、尺度開発者に使用許可を得るために連絡を試みた。尺度の使用許可がおりたら対象者が所属する施設へ研究依頼文書を郵送する。返信がないまたは使用不可の場合は、研究者が考えた尺度で測定する。令和4年度に実施した作業は、研究倫理審査の承認や、意思決定支援トレーニングプログラムの作成と実際の運用管理の確認、および対象者の選定に必要となる情報の整理、ならびに客観的評価を可能とする尺度の使用許可といったように、本研究を実施するにあたって核となる作業を主に実施した。実施した内容や進捗については、適宜、研究分担者に報告、連絡、相談し確認ながら進めた。
