本研究は、研究代表者らが開発した「配置転換した看護師のキャリアマネジメントプログラム」を用いて、人材育成を課題とする中小規模病院において介入を行い、その効果と課題を明らかにすることを目的としている。研究は、3つの段階に分けて行う計画であり、各段階の概要は、【第1段階】プログラムの洗練化：中小規模病院で配置転換した看護師および教育担当者への面接調査を行い、プログラムを修正・改良する。【第2段階】洗練化したプログラムによる介入：中小規模病院で配置転換した経験のある看護師を対象にプログラムを実施する。【第3段階】介入による効果と課題の明確化：アウトカム指標の分析、評価からプログラムの効果と課題を明らかにする、である。令和4年度は、所属機関の臨床研究倫理審査委員会の審査の承認を得たのち、第1段階であるプログラムの洗練化のために、研究協力施設の候補のうち、2つの中小規模病院から研究協力の承諾を得て、面接調査への同意を得た配置転換した経験のある看護師2名とその教育担当者2名、計4名への面接調査を行った。具体的には、インタビューガイドをもとに半構成的面接法を用いて、研究代表者らが開発したプログラムの内容や方法についての意見、改善した方がよい点等について確認した。また、対象者が配置転換した時に困ったこととその対応、配置転換した看護師への教育で困ったこととその対応、工夫していること等も聴き取った。現在、面接内容についてデータ分析中である。
