项目摘要

【目的】本研究の最終目的は、回復期リハビリテーション病棟看護師のアンラーニングを促進する教育プログラムを作成し、教育効果を検証することである。今年度の研究目的は、教育プログラム内容を洗練することである。【方法】2020年度の科研課題で明らかにした看護師が求めるアンラーニングを促進するために必要な支援7項目「①患者の回復過程を支えるやりがいを実感するための支援」「②多職種協働による看護師の役割意識を自身が明確にするための支援」「③退院支援を通した見守り・待つ技術を獲得するための支援」「④他者からの指導を受ける機会やロールモデルを持つための支援」「⑤看護師がリハビリテーション看護に関する学習をするため」「⑥自身の経験の省察によるリハビリテーション看護の価値への気づきを促すための支援」「⑦治療優先から生活機能優先への視点の転換を促すための支援」について、2021年度は看護管理者705名を対象に支援の具体的方策を質問紙調査にてデータ収集した。2022年度は質問紙により得た71名（有効回答率10.1％）の回答の分析を行った。【結果】「①患者の回復過程を支えるやりがいを実感するための支援」は、プライマリー看護師が責任をもって看護展開ができるように声掛け尊重することや、患者の回復を実感できるように回復を見える化するなどがあった。「②多職種協働による看護師の役割意識を自身が明確にするための支援」は、多職種それぞれの役割を理解して患者情報の共有をはかりゴールを明確にすることや、病棟カンファ・合同カンファ・患者のＡＤＬ場面で多職種とミーティングする場面に積極的に参加させる支援等があげられた。「③退院支援を通した見守り・待つ技術を獲得するための支援」は、先輩Nsからの指導と実演、なぜ見守り、待つことが必要かを理解できるよう説明する支援が挙げられた。④～⑦についても具体的方策が明らかになった。
