本研究の目的は、与薬における看護師のリスクテイキング行動（RTB）の判定ツールの開発である。与薬における医療事故はいまだ多くその中に看護師個人のRTBによる事故を見受ける。与薬での潜在的危機が存在する状況を、個人がどのように事象を捉えるのか、どのような状況でリスクテイキング行動（RTB）をとるのか、与薬場面での行動にどのように関連しているのか実験検証を行う事で、判定基準が設ける。すでに与薬における看護師のリスクテイキング行動の質問紙の開発の研究を遂行し2022年度完成した。今後この質問紙の結果と与薬場面を想起したシステム中での行動との関連を実験検証することで、RTBの判定基準を設けることが可能となり、判定ツールの開発ができる。臨床での与薬における看護師のRTB（アンケート調査結果）と、与薬場面でのRTBの要因が含まれる行動選択の検証を段階的に進めていき3年間で実施予定である。実施計画は3段階で実施計画を立てている。第1段階は与薬時のRTB状況と実験システムの開発（2022年）、第2段階はRTBと医療安全行動の関連の検証・プレ実験（2022年）、第3段階はRTBと医療安全行動の関連の検証・本実験と論文作成（2023・2024年）の予定である。研究初年度として、実験の準備を行っているが、実験システムの開発に時間を要している。また原油高などの影響を受け、測定機器の価格変更が昨年行われた。予算予算内での使用機材に関する変更が現在生じており、有効に効果的な実験開始時期への準備を行っている段階である。
