本研究の目的は、過去に受けた教育・経験，現在のしがらみに囚われず、未来像から逆算して看護教育ができる人材を育てるプログラムを開発することである。そのために理論的探究①として、国内外の看護教員の力量形成に関する文献調査により課題の明確化に努めた。わが国における看護教員の資質・力量形成に関する文献調査の結果から、人格的側面も含めた力量形成に着目する重要性をふまえ新任期から連続した継続教育のしくみをどのように考え、充実させていくべきか検討していく必要性が示唆された。さらに、数年に及ぶCOVID-19危機と対峙する看護教員の力量形成プロセスに着目し経験の可視化に努めた。そしてその経験において重要と考えられる分岐点に着目し、看護教員がどのようなイマジネーションの助けを借りて新たな次元を見出しているか明らかにした。今年度は4名の看護教員に研究協力を依頼し、インタビューを実施することができた。大阪で開催されたTEAと質的探究学会第1回大会ワークショップでは、対象理解のツールとしてTEAの発展可能性について議論を深め、看護実践におけるTEAの可能性を確認することができた。教員自身が自己の教育実践を可視化し、未来像から逆算して自分自身の成長を考える上でTEAは一つのツールとなりうることを確認した。特に、CIVID-19のような危機に直面し、力量形成プロセスにおける分岐点をイマジネーションループモデルで分析することは、未来の複数の選択肢を探り、選択されなかった選択肢であっても未来への希望の可視化が期待でき、未来像から逆算して看護教育ができる人材を育てるプログラムを開発において重要な視点であることを確認した。引き続きヤーン・ヴァルシナーの記号論的文化心理学とTEAの関係性を整理しながら理論的精緻化に努めていく必要がある。
