2022年度はスペインの調査をメール及び郵送で実施した。現地の研究協力者との情報交換により本研究課題と関わりの深い文献資料を多数入手することができた。アルバセテ俳人協会主催の第1回～第3回国際俳文コンクール入賞作品集には日本の俳文についての定義や考察が展開され、実作の普及とともに研究の深まりを確認し、分析を行った。アルゼンチンでは2000年よりブエノスアイレスの東西財団主催の国際俳句学会が隔年で開催されているが、2020年および2022年には、新型コロナ感染状況を鑑み、オンライン（2022年には一部対面）で大会が開催された。後に公刊された学会紀要には、「スペイン語圏の俳文芸」、「アルゼンチンの風土に根差したハイクの精神」、「俳句翻訳における俳味の概念」等をテーマに取り上げた研究が並び、スペイン語ハイクや俳文芸研究において、俳諧の精神・詩学に関心が寄せられていることが確認できた。また、2022年10月の上記学会では「取合せの歴史とスペイン語圏における受容」に関する研究成果発表を行った。一方、この10年余りの間に芭蕉、蕪村、鬼貫等、江戸時代までの俳諧作品のみならず、子規、虚子、誓子、秋櫻子などの近代以降の作品の紹介、新興俳句、前衛俳句、自由律俳句、女性俳人の作品を特集したアンソロジー等が次々とスペイン語訳で出版されるようになり、日本の近現代における俳諧の精神や詩学の展開に触れる機会が増加している。以上の文献資料精査による研究の進展を踏まえ、2023年度にはヨーロッパおよび南米の現地調査（文献収集、研究交流、句会参加）によって、本課題の考察を深める予定である。また、2023年3月には俳諧の詩学について日本の俳句と海外のハイクの連続性について分析する論文「海外における俳句受容プロセスの深化について（スペイン語圏を中心に）」の第一部「形式・修辞について」を公刊した。
