本研究の目的は、日中韓の母語話者および中国語と韓国語を母語とする日本語学習者を対象にした迷惑場面における横断的調査を行い、(1)日中韓の母語話者の迷惑行為に対する認知（規範）と注意行為の有無、それに対する謝りの遂行方法の相違を解明する。また、(2)中国語と韓国語を母語とする日本語学習者の諸要因について検討し、どのような要因が語用論的転移の起こりやすさに影響を与えるのかを明らかにする。さらに、(3)「言語行為の適切さ（違和感）」の観点から、日本語学習者の語用論的転移について日本人母語話者はどのように評価するのかを検証することである。研究1年目の令和4年度は、まず相手との距離や負担の度合いを考慮した個人的な迷惑場面での迷惑度を、分類・抽出した事例を分析し、その結果をもとに質問紙に盛り込む18項目の迷惑場面を選定した。調査では、18場面の迷惑行為に対して、日中韓の母語話者がどの程度迷惑度を感じるのか（迷惑度）を、５の「とても迷惑」から１の「まったく迷惑でない」までのリッカート尺度を用いて測定した。また、迷惑行為における言語行動については、迷惑行為に対する注意の言語行動（注意行為の有無と注意の仕方）と、謝りの言語行動（謝り行為の有無と謝り方）に関する項目となる。現在、日本人母語話者60名、韓国在住の韓国人非日本語学習者60名と韓国人日本語学習者58名、そして日本在住の中国人日本語学習者20名に対して調査を実施した。
