项目摘要

当初計画においては、外国語としての英語学習者の学習方略、自己調整学習、自己効力感といった構成概念に関する定性データの収集を、令和5年度以降に行う予定であった。しかし、本研究は複数の構成概念に関する多量のデータを扱うことから、今後の定量データ分析の実行可能性をより高めることができれば有利となる。よってその方法を検討するために、今年度は既存の学習方略質問紙の実行可能性を高める作業に集中的に取り組んだ。公立学校での英語教員経験者および高等教育における日本語教育経験者の知見を参照しつつ、50項目からなる6種類の学習方略群を想定して考案された言語学習方略の診断テスト（Oxford, 1990）のもつ、日本における外国語としての英語学習環境における適性を高めるべく質問項目の精査および微調整を行った。この微調整は、日本における外国語としての英語学習者が実際に用いそうな学習方略の案出や、50の項目すべての文言の日英両語を跨いでの翻訳・逆翻訳を伴った。微調整後、この50項目の質問項目にてデータ収集を行い、確証的・探索的因子分析を経て50から22へと項目数を減じた適合度の高いモデルを得ることができた。これによって、今後学習方略に加えて、自己効力感や自己調整学習などの他の構成概念についての質問項目を搭載した調査票を作成し、教育現場の実態にそぐう形でより効率的に運用できるデータ収集法の実現へと近づいた。本報告書執筆時点において、この中間結果を令和5年度中の学会にて報告をする予定である。

In the beginning, the study strategy of English learners, self-adjustment of learning, self-motivation and concept formation were planned, and the qualitative data collection, order and 5-year downward behavior were determined. This study is concerned with the concept of quantitative analysis and the possibility of quantitative analysis in the future. This year, the existing learning strategy is questioned and the implementation possibility is high. English teachers in public schools and Japanese language educators in higher education have been consulted on 50 items and 6 types of learning strategies have been developed. The diagnostic criteria for language learning strategies (Oxford, 1990) have been examined. The suitability of Japanese language teachers in foreign language learning environments has been improved. This is a slight adjustment to the Japanese language and English language learners 'practical use of the Chinese language learning strategy. After micro-adjustment, 50 items of query items were collected, verified, explored, factor analysis was performed, 50 items were reduced, and high fitness was obtained. This is the first time that we have been able to improve our learning strategy, improve our own sense of effort, adjust our learning strategies, and improve our understanding of other concepts. This report is written at the time of writing, the interim results and the 5-year interim report of the Society.
