裁許絵図とは、村落や共同体間の境界を巡る争論に対し、江戸幕府評定所等で下された裁許の証拠として作られた絵図である。大変詳細で、裁許の内容だけでなく、争論当時の景観が記録された貴重な資料でもある。裁許絵図は裁許の証拠として訴訟方・相手方・幕府三者で保管された。幕府で保管されたとされる裁許絵図は関東大震災で灰燼に帰したが、明治期に作成された『旧幕裁許絵図目録』（国立国会図書館所蔵）において年代、名称が確認できる。本研究は、『旧幕裁許絵図目録』のうち、現在の神奈川県域にあたる武蔵国橘樹・都筑・久良岐三郡、相模国に関わる裁許絵図６５枚の現況を調査し、内容を研究するとともに、デジタル写真撮影・トレース図化して情報を保存・公開することを目的とする。本年度は、『旧幕裁許絵図目録』掲載の資料の文献調査を行った。『旧幕裁許絵図目録』掲載の資料名称は国名、郡名、村名（一か村）、論の内容（山論・境論など）で構成されているが、名称の記されている村には確認できなくとも、訴訟相手が複数の村である場合もあるため、近隣村に現存する可能性もある。まず、資料の郡名・村名より該当市町村を推定し、神奈川県史、および各市町村史の掲載状況を確認した。さらに地域の博物館・資料館展覧会図録でも調査を行った。掲載が無い場合は、神奈川県史編纂の際に作成された『神奈川県史資料所在目録』全53集、神奈川県立文化資料館・神奈川県立公文書館で作成される『神奈川県古文書資料所在目録・神奈川県歴史資料所在目録』1～29集にて確認をした。これらにより取得した裁許絵図に関連する情報はデータ化して蓄積した。また、「相模国第壱號」である「相州愛甲郡七沢村田畑境并山論絵図」（神奈川県立歴史博物館所蔵）について研究し、資料紹介を発表した。絵図は詳細に確認できるよう、A4版のカラー図版で掲載、カラーのトレース図も掲載した。

The county name and village name of the data are estimated, and the history of Kanagawa and the history of each city are confirmed. This year's regional museum and data museum exhibition records and surveys were conducted. The Kanagawa Prefectural Cultural Database and the Kanagawa Prefectural Public Library created the Kanagawa Prefectural Ancient Documents Directory and the Kanagawa Prefectural Public Documents Directory, and confirmed the Kanagawa Prefectural Historical Documents Directory in episodes 1 to 29. This is the first time I've ever been able to find out. "The first chapter of the Sagami Kingdom""The discussion of the tabata territory and mountains in the village of Qizawa, Aika Prefecture"(owned by the Kanagawa Prefectural History Museum)絵図は详细に确认できるよう、A4版のカラー図版で掲载、カラーのトレース図も掲载した。
