本研究は、外国人労働者の受入れ制度のあり方に関し、「ビジネスと人権をめぐる動向に対応した我が国の外国人労働政策のあり方に関する研究」を行うものである。コロナ禍のため、海外調査を実施することができなかったが、その点を補うため、下記のとおりの研究・調査活動を行った。（１）比較法国際アカデミーの第21回比較法国際会議（パラグアイ, アスンシオン，2022年10月23日～28日）部門名XI. DROIT DU TRAVAIL / LABOUR LAWの共通テーマContemporary forms of slavery, including causes and consequencesに対し、（前年度提出のナショナルレポートを本年度大幅修正して再提出した）ナショナル・レポートを提出した。コロナ禍のため、大会の現地参加は叶わなかったが、ジェネラル・レポーターによる報告の中で日本の情報を含めての報告がなされた。（２）11月17日、アメリカの移民法研究者とのオンライン国際学術セミナー「アメリカ合衆国の外国人政策の現状(Special Lecture: Immigration Policy in the U.S.)」を開催し、アメリカの外国人政策に係る立法の最新情報を収集した。（３）令和4年度佐賀大学研究者国際交流支援事業佐賀大学経済学会国際セミナー「移民による雇用、教育、起業を通じた受入れ国への統合」　（2023年2月2日・ハイブリッド形式）に参加し、「日本における技能労働者の受入れ：ビジネスと人権の課題」のテーマで報告を行い、海外の研究者等と交流し、情報発信した。（４）キャリア権を含む職業能力開発について国内法の状況を検討した。以上の他、国内での情報収集に努め、日本国内の外国人問題に関する調査研究活動を行ったほか、関連するテーマでの研究発表を行うなど研究成果の公表を行った。

This research is related to all aspects of the employment system for foreign workers, and "Research on all aspects of my country's foreign worker employment policy in relation to the trends in employment and employment." (3) In 2004, Saga University Institute of Economics International Exchange Support Program participated in "Integration of Immigration, Employment, Education, and Entrepreneurship"(February 2, 2023),"Japan's skilled workers 'participation: application for employment and human resources", and exchange of information and information among overseas researchers. (4) The status of domestic law is discussed in the development of professional ability. The above information collection efforts in Japan, the investigation and research activities related to foreigners in Japan, the research and development activities related to foreigners, and the publication of research results are carried out.
