民間主体の情報取得が内生的な状況において，政府が経済状況に関する情報をどのように民間主体に公開することが望ましいかを，不完備情報ゲームの枠組みを用いて理論的に考察した。先行研究においては，民間主体の情報取得が外生的な状況を考察しており，そのもとでは，政府が民間主体の一部にのみ情報を公開すること（部分的公開）と，民間主体の全体に伝えるが情報に解釈の余地を残すように公開すること（部分的透明性）は経済厚生上同じ効果を持つことが示されている。すなわち，部分的公開政策で達成できる厚生水準は部分的透明性政策でも達成でき，逆も成り立つ。我々の研究は，標準的な仮定のもとで，情報取得が内生的の場合は部分的公開と部分的透明性の政策効果は異なり，適切な部分的公開政策によって部分的透明性政策より高い経済厚生を達成することが可能であることを示した。また，部分的公開と部分的透明性の両方を同時に行うことができる場合でも，部分的公開のみを行うことが望ましいことも示すことができた。この理由は，部分的透明性政策は民間主体の情報取得行動を強め，結果としてより多くの情報取得コストを費やすのに対して，部分的公開政策はこの効果が小さいため，情報取得コストを社会的に小さくすることができるためである。研究成果は研究会での報告を行った上，論文にまとめて国際学術雑誌に投稿中である。また，草稿はディスカッションペーパーとしてプレプリントサーバーに公開中である。
