项目摘要

2022年度において、以下の査読付論文、1)Financial Structure and Instability in an Open Economy, Korea and the World Economy, Vol.24, No.1,pp.1-23. 2)Financial Structure, Cycle and Instability, Journal of Economic Structures, Vol.11, No.19, pp.1-23. 3)Debt Burden, Wealth and Confidence, Review of Keynesian Studies, Vol.4, pp.73-97. を公表した。さらに、ディスカッションぺーパー、Financial Structure and Monetary and Fiscal Policies, Discussion Paper E-4, Rikkyo Institute of Economic Research, 2023. を公表した。研究分担者も査読付論文（共著）を公表している。何も金融の不安定性に関する理論的研究であるが、査読付論文1)2)、及びディスカッションペーパーは、LR(貸し手のリスク）型とHSP（ヘッジ金融、投機的金融、ポンツィ金融）型の2つの金融構造を考慮したものである。これらの諸研究において、経済を不安定化させている要因が実物的なものによるのか、金融的な要因によるのかに関わらず、ヘッジ金融から投機的金融、ポンツィ金融へと至る金融脆弱化が発生することを数値シミュレーションで示した。そして、金融脆弱化が発生している経済を安定化させるためには、それらの不安定化要因を除去する政策が必要であることを示した。また、現実の経済においては、金融脆弱化が発生している時点において、何の要因が不安定化させているかを識別することは非常に困難であるため、ポリシー・ミックスや経済を安定化させる制度的枠組みが重要であることを強調した。これらの諸研究は、本研究課題の基盤となるものであり、本研究課題の目的達成のために極めて重要なものである。今後の研究の推進方策に示しているように、これらの諸研究を拡張、精緻化させることにより、より質の高い研究の進展が期待される。
