今年度の研究概要は以下の3点である。第１に、非営利組織に関する文献レビューや資料収集を基に、ヒアリング調査の枠組みを構築するとともに、東北地方および東海地方の非営利組織経営者に対して、ヒアリング調査を実施することができた。非営利組織を対象とした ヒアリング調査では、組織不正の防止だけでなく、事業承継、後継者育成、他組織との協働など、さまざまな観点から非営利組織における経営現象を捉えることができた。 非営利組織における協働のあり方については、学会でのワークショップにおいて発表した。第２に、非営利組織不正に関するデータセットを作成し、不正の種類、不正行為者、不正規模、不正期間、不正開始時期、組織の解散について、定量的デー タに基づいて探索的に分析した。その結果、不正を開始する時期が若い組織ほど、それが発覚すると解散率が高くなるなど、いくつかの非営利組織不正に関する傾向を導出することができた。この研究成果は、学会報告および学会誌論文において発表するとともに、非営利組織の機関誌において報告した。第3に、組織不正全般に関する文献研究を実施した。文献からは、組織不正における多様性を認識することや、特に、非営利組織においては、行政との関係、企業との関係など、他組織との連携・協働において出現する不正にも注目する必要性を認識することとなった。さらに、同型化圧力などの制度的な影響についても考慮する必要性についても認識することとなった。組織不正における多様性については、業界誌において、また、同型化圧力については、学会報告において発表した。非営利組織の連携・協働と不正の関連性については、学会報告での発表に向けて準備をしているところである。
