本研究では、どのようにスマート製造を推進すればよいのかというより実践的な問いに加え、産業・企業の状況に適用可能なスマート製造の発展モデル論を構築することを目指してきた。本年度はスマート製造に関する理論的検討を行い、スマート製造に関する先行諸研究の意味合いを踏まえて、各国のスマート製造の発展戦略と方向性を明らかにするため、「スマート製造」の概念的モデルを構築した。先行諸研究の検討を踏まえて、二つのスマート製造の理論的発展形態を導き出した。その二つの発展形態は、ICT中心のスマート製造の発展とリーン生産とスマート製造の融合の発展である。その理論的発展モデルを検証するために、日本・韓國・台湾の製造企業の予備的現場調査を行った。現地調査においては、スマート製造の成熟度関連測定指標を、１）高度化（初期条件）２）技術的要素、３）組織能力に分けて、スマート製造の実践程度とその動向を把握した。訪問調査では、日本の自動車部品製造2社（2022年9月3日）を対象に、面談と現場調査を行った。韓國調査（2023年1月16日～23日）は、韓国の工作機械中堅企業、自動車中小部品企業、韓国政府スマート製造推進団を訪問し、面談調査を行った。台湾調査（2023年3月3日～13日）は台湾の零細部品加工企業、自転車部品中堅企業、工作機械製造企業に対して面談調査を行った。調査結果の一部は、2023年1月19日（木）韓國関連研究会で報告した。また「東アジア半導体企業の発展動向に関する研究：グローバル・サプライチェーンの観点」『園田学園女子大学論文集』、 57号に公刊した。 その論文は、東アジアのスマート製造の発展動向を踏まえ、この地域におけるサプライチェーンの協力的競争構造を詩論的に明らかにし、生産・技術システムの高度化に関する理論的・実践的インプリケーションと課題を導いたものである。

This paper aims at the development trend of production in the east, the competition structure of cooperation in the region, the theoretical and practical problems related to the development of production and technology in the poetry theory.
