実施初年度となる当該年度では，以下に述べるとおり大きく2つの研究を行った。第1に，理論面における先行研究のサーベイを実施した。本研究のスコープである中小企業における両利きの組織とマネジメント・コントロール・システム（以下，ＭＣＳ）との関連性については，いまだ十分な先行研究の蓄積がない状況である。そこで，「ＭＣＳの文脈における両利きの組織研究」「『両利き』が示す状況の定義」について体系的な整理を試みた。前者については，ＭＣＳから管理会計領域全般の理論に範囲を拡大して，両利きの組織について論じている文献をレビューした。後者については，本研究を進めるうえで重要な前提となる「両利き」の定義について，組織論や戦略論など，近接する経営領域における研究を参照して整理した。これらの取り組みは，本研究の基礎を構築するという意味で非常に重要な位置づけになると考える。なお以上の成果は紀要論文として出版の予定である。第2に，研究担当者および分担者の本務校がある九州地方と関西地方を中心に，本研究の事例分析の対象となり得る中小企業とのネットワーク構築を行った。特に九州地方では，創業100年を超える老舗商社や売上高数十億円規模の電気設備事業者，急成長を遂げたＥＣ系ベンチャー企業など，約30社程度の様々な業種・規模の企業とのネットワーク構築に成功した。いずれも既存事業に加えて新規の取り組みを積極的に行っており，本研究のリサーチサイトとして十分な業容を備えている。今後，これらの企業群から適切な事業体を選別して研究を進めていく予定である。

The basic information of this study means that it is very important to take part in the study. The above results are required to be published and published. In the second chapter, the participants of the study are responsible for the study of the Kyushu local and western local center. The case analysis of this study is similar to that of small and medium-sized enterprises. In the special Kyushu local township, the number of enterprises that have exceeded the cost of one billion million-kilowatt-size electrical power plants in the past 100 years has grown rapidly, so that the EC system has been successful in the production of commercial enterprises of various sizes, and about 30% of the community-level enterprises have been successful in this kind of business. In this study, the existing events and the new rules are very active. In this study, there is a lot of tolerance in this study. From now on, the group of enterprises will choose to conduct a separate study and make a decision.
