実施初年度となる当該年度では，以下に述べるとおり大きく2つの研究を行った。第1に，理論面における先行研究のサーベイを実施した。本研究のスコープである中小企業における両利きの組織とマネジメント・コントロール・システム（以下，ＭＣＳ）との関連性については，いまだ十分な先行研究の蓄積がない状況である。そこで，「ＭＣＳの文脈における両利きの組織研究」「『両利き』が示す状況の定義」について体系的な整理を試みた。前者については，ＭＣＳから管理会計領域全般の理論に範囲を拡大して，両利きの組織について論じている文献をレビューした。後者については，本研究を進めるうえで重要な前提となる「両利き」の定義について，組織論や戦略論など，近接する経営領域における研究を参照して整理した。これらの取り組みは，本研究の基礎を構築するという意味で非常に重要な位置づけになると考える。なお以上の成果は紀要論文として出版の予定である。第2に，研究担当者および分担者の本務校がある九州地方と関西地方を中心に，本研究の事例分析の対象となり得る中小企業とのネットワーク構築を行った。特に九州地方では，創業100年を超える老舗商社や売上高数十億円規模の電気設備事業者，急成長を遂げたＥＣ系ベンチャー企業など，約30社程度の様々な業種・規模の企業とのネットワーク構築に成功した。いずれも既存事業に加えて新規の取り組みを積極的に行っており，本研究のリサーチサイトとして十分な業容を備えている。今後，これらの企業群から適切な事業体を選別して研究を進めていく予定である。

In the beginning of the year, when the year is over, the following is described: First, the theory of advance research and implementation. This study focuses on the relationship between SMEs and their organizations, and on the accumulation of resources in the previous study. In this paper, the author tries to organize the system of MCS in the context of MCS and the definition of MCS. The former refers to MCS, which covers the whole theoretical scope of management accounting, and the latter refers to the literature of management accounting. The latter is an important prerequisite for this study. The definition of "profit" is an important prerequisite for this study. The organizational theory is a brief discussion. The research in the field of management is a reference. The foundation of this study is very important. The above achievements are summarized in the paper and published in advance. Second, the case analysis of the study of the role of the local school and the local center of Kansai In particular, Kyushu has been in business for more than 100 years, and the sales of multi-billion-dollar enterprises in the electrical equipment industry have grown rapidly. The EC system has been in business for about 30 years, and the business scale of enterprises has been successfully constructed. In this paper, we introduce the new rules and regulations for the existing enterprises. From now on, the research on the selection of appropriate business entities will be carried out.
