本研究の目的は、ミャンマー国境近くの中国雲南省保山市の回族ムスリムを主な事例として取り上げ、雲南回族ひいては中国イスラーム思想にみる共生の作法を考察することである。2022年度の研究では、以下の知見を得た。①インタビューデータの分析や族譜、地誌などの収集と読解を通じて、回族の雲南移住来歴、および雲南での回族と漢族の紛争・対立の歴史に関する理解を深めた。②馬注『清真指南』の骨格となる「二元忠貞」の思想や、その思想形成の背後にあるイスラーム法の典礼・儀礼および刑罰に対する馬注の注釈について、共生の視点に関連させて理解を深めた。③馬注の中国全土に広がるムスリム師友ネットワークの実態と機能を、中国イスラーム思想の生成と発展の視点から理解を深めた。④現在の雲南保山回族の地域社会、社会組織、社会的ネットワークについて、清真寺の教長やアホン、信者へのインタビューから理解を深めた。⑤現在の中国イスラーム思想における馬注への評価や、馬注思想の称揚を通じた雲南保山の民族を横断した地域振興の実態、および馬注に所縁のある村落や清真寺、墳墓の歴史や実態について理解を深めた。⑥中国イスラーム思想が、特に雲南回族の移住先であるタイ社会においていかなる影響をもたらしているのか理解を深めた。初年度の研究では、上記の実証的なことがらに加えて、次の理論的なことがらについても新たな知見を得た。すなわち、時空論の観点や、出会い（encounters）と越境の視点に結びつけて、雲南保山回族の実践する共生の作法が、ひいては中国イスラーム思想の形成と展開が、いかにして機能的等価性を持って土着の社会的文脈だけでなく他の社会的文脈においても問題解決の道筋を示しうるか、その事象的、時間的、社会的な条件について理解を深めた。

The purpose of this study is the main case of the Hui ethnic group in Baoshan City, Yunnan Province, China, which is close to the national border.
