研究計画通り、国立病院ソーシャルワーカー協議会の会員調査をもとに、実態を把握し、必要な研修プログラムを開発するためのアンケート調査とインタビュー調査の準備に着手した。アンケート調査項目は、ソーシャルワーク・スーパービジョンに関する先行研究から、管理的スーパービジョンに関する内容を精査し、日本の医療ソーシャルワーカーが置かれている状況を把握し、今後教育が必要と思われる項目を抽出して、人材育成に必要な情報を収集できるよう設定した。アンケート調査は、国立病院ソーシャルワーカー協議会の毎年行っている2022年度の会員調査結果から、辞令において２級職であるもの89名（いわゆる係長）３級職であるもの20名（室長レベル）から、調査対象者を国立病院140か所+研究開発センター8か所+ハンセン病療養所13か所=計161施設を分析対象と想定して、1か所1名の回答を求めるアンケート調査として開始し、現在回収中である。同時に研修プログラム開発のために実施するインタビュー調査の協力者も募ったところ、協力者も比較的順調に得られている。アンケート調査の開始は遅れたものの、量的質的分析を行い、研修プログラムの開発準備を進めている。必要と想定されている研修内容には、離職防止も重要な点となることから、心理的安全性を担保できる構造的な対話を組み込むことも有効と考えられ、研究代表者が実践研究している修復的対話サークルの活用も検討している。
