1. 国連及び欧米諸国で刊行された文献を用いて、子どもの権利条約に定める子どもの権利及びその保障システムに関する条文解釈の変遷過程を分析した。また、研究成果にもとづいて、2022年6月7日、こども家庭庁設置法案、こども家庭庁設置法の施行に伴う関係法律の整備に関する法律案及びこども基本法案を審議した第208回国会参議院内閣委員会において、これらの法案について意見を述べ、委員からの質問に応答した。本研究の成果の一部は、『人間と教育』第118号（民主教育研究所、2023年6月予定）で公表するとともに、2023年6月開催予定の日本教育法学会定期総会において発表（個人）する予定である。2. いわゆるスクールロイヤーを学校における子どもの権利保障システムとして制度化する可能性を探るため、サンフランシスコにおけるLegal Service for Childrenを調査した（本調査には本科研の経費を使用しなかった）。本調査の成果は、2023年7月開催予定の日本教育政策学会大会において発表（共同）する予定である。3. 他方、研究計画において着目点として提示していた教育費負担、公的福祉給付、親の扶養義務については、2022年度は十分な成果を得られなかった。

This paper analyzes the process of the translation of the articles published by the United States and Europe Research Results: On June 7, 2022, the Family Planning Act, the Family Planning Act and the Basic Bill were reviewed by the Cabinet Committee of the 208th House of Representatives. One of the results of this research was published as "Human Education" No. 118 (Institute of Democratic Education, scheduled for June 2023), and the Japanese Society of Educational Law held a regular meeting in June 2023 to urge the scheduled presentation (individual). 2. A survey was conducted to explore the possibility of institutionalizing Legal Service for Children in schools (this survey is about the use of scientific research funds). The results of this survey are expected to be presented (jointly) at the Japan Education Policy Association Conference, which will be held in July 2023. 3. Other parties, research projects, focus on the burden of education expenses, public welfare payments, parental support obligations, and achievements in 2022
