项目摘要

2022年度は、従来の日本の学校教育を自明とせず、様々な新しい試みを行なっている国内外の学校を訪問し、参与観察、インタビューを実施した。具体的には、和歌山県のきのくにこどもの村学園、長野県の軽井沢風越学園、オランダで探究を中心とした授業を実践している中等教育学校ALASCA、イエナプラン学校、ダルトンプラン小学校、IPABO高等職業教育機関、MBO職業教育訓練学校である。小学校では、子どもの主体的な学びを中心に据えた教育が行なわれており、また、IPABO、MBOでは新しい教育を担う教師を養成するための試みが行なわれている。また、2022年12月より、京都市にある立命館小学校の授業を観察し、リフレクションを行なう取り組みを始めた。この教室では、演劇的手法を主に導入し、教科書の学びを身体知としての学びに繋げる試みが行なわれている。これらの参与観察は、次年度以降の教師の身体性についての研究に繋げていく予定である。理論的研究として、環境を通して行なう教育を行なっている幼稚園教師の専門性のあり方について、歴史的な経緯も含めて検討を行なった。これは、教科書教材を用いて授業を行う小学校以降の教師と異なる教師のあり方を相対化してみるための一つの予備作業と言える。さらに本研究では、リフレクションを行なうことで、教師の裡に身についた教育観を見直し、その身体知のありようを変化させていくことを目的としている。このための予備的作業として、教師の身体知の行為への発現としての教育的タクトについての原理的検討も行なっている。その成果の一部として、エンパシーとタクトとの関係について、また、これを前提とした教育的タクトの涵養の可能性について発表を行なった。教員養成における実践知の生成について扱うために、まずは教育実習のあり方についても学生への質問し調査をもとにして検討した。
