①初年度目は、「学校間協力」と「小中一貫校」に関する先行研究の収集とレビューを行った。また、次年度現地調査に関する情報収集や訪問先の検討を行った。中国側の協力側との調整と意思共有も行った。②これまでに「学校間協働」と「小中一貫校」改革に関する国内先行研究（日本語・中国語・英語）を収集し、コーディングをしながら、これまで当該テーマに関する概念や分析の枠組みをまとめ、カテゴリー化をしている。「学校間協働」のと取組みは世界的に展開されて、その普遍性および多様性に関する理解を深めることができた。また、国内外の学校間協力の取組みを深く理解するために、日本における「義務教育学校」制度や実践に関する政策や文献をレビューを行い、日中における「九年一貫制学校」の改革の目的や政策の展開に関する相違点を理解することができた。③文献研究ならびに理論研究と並行し、次年度行う現地調査における調整などを準備した。④中国農村地域における「学校間協力」に関する先行研究を行い、その取組をまとめ、その結果を2022年度香港比較教育学会年度大会で発表し、有益なコメントを得ることができた。香港比較教育学会でいただいたコメントやご指摘に基づき、世界的な学校間協力の取組みとの比較だけではなく、中国社会の変動による教育に関する経済的、社会的、文化的の意味を理解することの必要性を理解でき、次年度の研究や調査に向けて、総合的な視点から「学校間協力」と「小中一貫校」を理解することに努力したい。

The Hong Kong Institute of Comparative Education has made great efforts to understand the necessity of inter-school cooperation and the significance of education in the context of social change in China.
