项目摘要

我々は、幼児の運動能力測定をより短時間で、特別な用具を使用せず、狭いスペースでも実施できることを目指して、10m折り返し走と紙ボール投げを考案し、その妥当性および信頼性を検討した。妥当性の検討は、4～6歳児71人を対象とした。既存の運動能力測定で最も信頼性・妥当性に優れた方法とされるTest of Gross Motor Development-3の移動技能得点（6項目の移動系テストスコアの合計点）とボール技能得点（7項目の操作系テストスコアの合計点）との収束的妥当性を検討した。検者間信頼性の検討には、3～6歳児91人を2人の検者が同一日にランダムに1回ずつ測定したデータを用いた。再テスト信頼性の検討のため、これらの対象者のうち53人は、7～10日後に同じ1人の検者によって再測定された。再テスト信頼性のデータセットを用いて、Bland-Altman分析による測定誤差の確認と最小可検変化量（MDC）の算出をした。結果、10m折り返し走と移動技能得点には中程度の相関（ρ= -0.51）、紙ボール投げとボール技能得点には強い相関（ρ= 0.80）が認められた。検者間信頼性の級内相関係数（ICC）は、10m折り返し走が0.94、紙ボール投げが0.93であった。再テスト信頼性のICCは、10m折り返し走が0.95、紙ボール投げが0.93であった。Bland-Altman分析の結果、10m折り返し走にのみ平均-0.18秒の有意な固定誤差が確認されたが、それ以外の系統誤差は認められなかった。MDCは、10m折り返し走が0.82秒、紙ボール投げが1.53 mであった。これらの研究成果から、10m折り返し走と紙ボール投げの2項目で、幼児の運動能力を中程度の妥当性と高い信頼性で測定できることが示唆された。
