研究目的：NICUの治療環境で数か月経過した新生児の、退院後のサーカデイアンリズムの確立過程と授乳と親子の睡眠・覚醒リズムの実態把握をし、生後4か月までの子育て適応課題を明らかにすることを目指す。研究１年目にあたり、研究計画書・倫理審査書類を作成し、調査を開始できることを目指す。研究実績：１年目は、子育て困難に関する文献検索を行い、母親の育児困難感の測定方法や育児不安の特徴を確認し、調査項目の構成を吟味した。分担研究チームを3班に分け、①歴史班　②育てにくさ生体リズム調査研究班　③児の入眠行動・睡眠環境観察班に分け、班会議の進捗報告を全体会議で確認した。歴史班は、子育ての歴史研究としての1次文献収集および、育てにくさに関する先行研究にて、調査項目の選定のための基礎資料収集を進行中。育てにくさ調査研究班は、研究デザインと方法の検討をするために班会議をZOOM にて5回ほど実施した。対象時期をNICU退院2週間～１か月時点と、生後４か月時点の２回にわたってWebによる調査と、睡眠日誌調査を郵送法で行うこととし、三重県、熊本県、福岡県など複数県にて地域周産期医療センターを退院する児をリクルートするという計画で、追跡調査の方針を決定した。分担協力者のそれぞれの役割についても見直し、3つの班研究として、同時進行で進めている。育児困難生活リズム実態調査票と、睡眠日誌、対象施設・対象者への説明書などの一式の書類を作成した。今後の展開；（2023年度：2年目）１）倫理審査申請提出①退院１か月時点と生後4か月児の両親の育児困難度調査（web）②退院後1か月、生後4か月での睡眠日誌による調査（郵送法）③説明文　④チラシ等を一式作成。２）調査実行マニュアル作成　３）データ管理等、調査実行を年度後半期は集中し実行予定である。
