本研究は、「障がい者理解」や「公正・公平・社会正義」についての信念が「合理的配慮への理解」とどのように関連しているのかを検討し、さらに，学校での「合理的配慮」を進める上で欠かせない障がいのない生徒の「合理的配慮」に関する理解を深めるためにそれを基礎づける「公正・公平・社会正義」に関する道徳教育の課題を明らかにすることを目的としている。令和4年度は、（１）道徳教育における「障がい者理解教育」に関し、現行の検定教科書や授業実践報告などの検討を通じて、「障がい者理解」がどのように扱われているか、その現状と課題について分析してきた。また、（２）教職志望学生が教師となった際に直面する「教育場面での合理的配慮等の教育支援に関する判断」と，その背景にある「障がいやその支援についての適切な理解」や「公正・公平・社会正義についての信念」とにどのような関連があるのか，またそこに学校での合理的配慮やインクルーシブ教育を阻害する要因はあるのかを検討することを目的として、アンケート調査を予備的に実施した。アンケート作成にあたっては、教職志望学生を調査対象者として、１）発達障がい（ASD、ADHD、LD等）への理解が正しくなされているか、２）学校場面で合理的配慮が必要となるような具体的事例（４例）において、それぞれの事例における合理的配慮の是非の判断とその判断理由、３）調査協力者自身の「発達障がい者との接触経験」，４）「インクルーシブ教育への態度」、５）清水・ターン・橋本・唐沢（2021）による象徴的障害者偏見尺度日本語版を用いた「障がい者への差別的態度」、等に焦点をあて質問項目を構成した。これまでのところ、教職を志望する大学生約80名を対象に実施し、その結果を分析中である。
