本年度、児童生徒の健康課題に対する養護教諭と保健師の取組の実態と連携課題を明確化し、両専門職の連携・協働の資質能力の向上のための「専門職連携教育プログラム」を開発することを目的として【調査1】及び先行研究分析を実施した。【調査1】青森県内地域の養護教諭と保健師の連携・協働体制の実態と課題の明確化を目的として、青森県内の養護教諭と保健師が連携・協働している保健活動の実施状況を調査した。両職の思考及び連携実態と課題を質的に分析し、連携促進要因・連携阻害要因の明確化、両職が連携・協働するためにどのような資質能力が必要かについて考察を進めた。また、各専門職の資質能力育成指標を分析し、「連携・協働」に関する資質能力がどのように取り上げられているのかを明らかにした。育成指標や先行研究から、どのような学修プログラム(教育目的、教育内容、評価方法など)が必要かを検討した。「専門職連携教育プログラム」の妥当性を高めるため、先行研究で指摘された４つの課題を検討している。(～現在進行途中)課題①職種に関する体系的な学修…対象学年、時期、何時間の学習が適切かを含めて養成教育カリキュラム体系の中でのプログラムの位置づけを検討している。課題②教育現場に即した事例設定…実際に連携・協働した実践事例を基にケースメソッド教材を作成している。課題③共同学習の実現…研究者の所属機関である弘前大学教育学部養護教諭養成課程及び医学部保健学科の学生の共同学習としてプログラムを実施。課題④評価指標の検討…評価指標を海外のＩＰＥ評価指標や国内の先行研究を踏まえて日本の専門職養成システムに沿った学生自己評価項目の作成と妥当性の検討を進めている。
