项目摘要

「令和の日本型学校教育」を担う教師を育成するうえで，教職大学院が取り組むべき課題の一つが教師の学習観・授業観の転換である。これには，大学院生である現職教師や教職志望者を，自身の認識枠組みを再考し再構築するダブル・ループ学習へ導くこと，ひいては状況に応じて適切な方法を選択・創造できる適応的熟達化へと導くことが重要となる。しかし，そのための具体策はこれまで十分に明らかにされてこなかった。そこで本研究は，教職大学院において，適応的熟達化を見据えたダブル・ループ学習を促すための指導体制モデルを提案することを目的とする。本年度は，適応的熟達化を見据えたダブル・ループ学習を促すためのカリキュラムの開発と実践を行った。適応的熟達化には効率性と革新性という２つの次元のバランスよい進展が必要とされ，ダブル・ループ学習の促進は革新性次元の進展に相当する。そこで，ダブル・ループ学習の起点となるリソースとして，自らの過去の実践事例，学術理論，他者の実践例の３点に着目し，これらを導入したカリキュラムを開発した。一方，効率性次元の進展は，手続き的知識と概念的知識をよく関連づけて習得することでなされる。そこで，カリキュラム構成科目の担当者で各科目の目標や扱う概念，進度，学習形態等の調整を行う「科目間連携」を運営方針とし，カリキュラムで扱う諸概念の意味理解を図ることとした。こうして開発されたカリキュラム及び運営方針に基づき，教職大学院の１年次生を対象とした授業実践を行い，効果の検証を行った。１年次前期の実践では，科目間連携により概念的理解が促され適応的熟達化への方向付けができつつあることが確認された。ダブル・ループ学習の生起については，一部の取り組みの有効性が示されたものの，有効性の限定的な取り組みも確認されるなど課題が残った。それを踏まえ，１年次後期の実践を行った。
