项目摘要

本研究の目的は、以下の3点である。1）熟練の作業療法士に対するインタビュー調査を行い、重症児の自立活動に対する作業療法コンサルテーションの方略を策定する（研究1）。また、2）重症児の自立活動に対する作業療法コンサルテーションを実践している作業療法士が、研究1で開発した作業療法コンサルテーションの方略を活用し実践介入を行い、作業療法コンサルテーションの方略の有用性について、介入前後の分析から検証する（研究2）。さらに、3）研究1と研究2を踏まえて、学校教諭と作業療法士の共創に基づくアクションリサーチを通して、作業療法コンサルテーションの遠隔システムを構築する（研究3）。2022年度は、研究1については、全国の熟練の作業療法士を対象にインタビュー調査を行い、インタビューデータを分析した。その結果、作業療法コンサルテーションの目的や意義、作業療法の専門性に対して学校教諭と認識を共有するための方略が明らかとなった。学校の文化や制度の視点を考慮した、作業療法の専門性に対する学校教諭との認識の相違に留意した協働のプロセスが示唆された。また、現在、コンサルテーションを実施するうえでの障壁を解決しうる方略を明らかにするために、インタビューデータの分析を行っているところである。研究2については、COVID-19の影響により、作業療法士を対象とした介入研究を実施することができなかった。COVID-19による影響を鑑み、研究方法や研究対象について再度に検討した。その結果、研究方法を介入研究からアクションリサーチに変更し、研究協力が可能な医療機関を確保し、2023年度夏ごろから研究を開始していく予定である。
