本研究の目的は，(1)情報科学分野で習得すべき英語語彙・コロケーションリストの作成，(2)このリストによる情報科学分野の読解用テキストの分析，教材選択妥当性の判断基準，さらに，(3)カタカナ語やスマホ等ICT活用も含めた教育への具体的な応用方法の提案である。研究の背景として，英語運用能力向上には語彙・コロケーション習得が不可欠であること，情報科学分野での当該分野の研究が少ないこと，さらに，ますますグローバル化する社会において情報科学専攻学生も英語力向上が必要であることが挙げられる。本研究により，情報科学に必要な英語語彙・コロケーションを明らかにし，教材選択と教育方法の最適化を図り，学生の能力に配慮した効率的なESP(専門分野のための英語)教育を目指す。情報科学分野でのノウハウ蓄積により，他分野への波及効果も期待できる。2022年度は上記の（1）の内容を実施予定であった。コーパス作成，その分析（頻度，MIスコア，ジャンル別観点），研究成果の公表を行う計画である。まず，コーパス作成について述べる。英語検定教科書のコーパスを作成するために，英語検定教科書を30冊ほど入手し，内容をテキストファイル化を終えた。その後，マニュアルの作業も含めて，教科書コーパスを完成させた。次にその分析であるが，先述のような観点からデータ分析を行い，数値面での結果は得たが，まだ分析するまでには至っていない。また，情報科学分野図書の選定に手間取っており，現在も選定中である。早急に選定しコーパスを作成する予定である。したがって，研究成果を得るまでには到達しておらず，今後，この遅れを回復できるように努めたい。

The objectives of this study are: (1) to create and acquire English words and expressions in the field of information science;(2) to analyze the use of English words and expressions in the field of information science;(3) to propose specific methods for ICT use in education. The background of the study is that English proficiency is necessary for the development of information science. This study aims at clarifying the English vocabulary necessary for information science, optimizing teaching materials, optimizing teaching methods, and allocating students 'abilities to effective ESP(English Language Division) education. Information science is divided into two fields: one is the accumulation of information, the other is the division of information and the other is the accumulation of information. In 2022, the contents of the above record (1) were determined.
