项目摘要

新型コロナウイルス（COVID-19）の世界的な大流行によって、私たちの日常生活には感染予防行動が欠かせなくなった。COVID-19の発生から3年が経過し、感染拡大防止のための行動制限は緩和・撤廃されたが、日本では感染予防行動が高い頻度で行われている。本研究の目的は、マスク着用という感染予防行動と、私たち自身や私たちが親密なつながりを持つパートナーの幸福、そして、パートナーとの関係の幸福との関連について、感染予防行動における動機という観点から検証することであった。2022年度は、感染予防行動を行う者の主観的幸福感と特に関連すると考えられる「マスク着用の向社会的動機」について、その動機を他の2つの動機（自己利益志向的動機と他者の評価の懸念）と弁別的に測定するための尺度を作成し、信頼性と妥当性を検証することを目的としていた。そのために2つの調査を行った。調査1aでは、マスク着用の向社会的動機についての項目を新たに作成するため、「自分以外の誰かのためにマスクを着用した」理由について、自由記述回答を求めた。調査1aの回答から作成された項目を、宮崎（2022）の尺度の項目に追加し、感染予防行動としてのマスク着用の動機尺度を作成した。調査1bでは、作成した尺度の信頼性と妥当性を検討した。その結果、マスク着用の動機尺度は、想定どおり、3因子構造であることが示され、いずれの下位尺度についても高い信頼性が認められた。加えて、マスク着用の向社会的動機は、特性的な向社会性と正の関連があるとともに、主観的幸福感の指標とも正の関連があることが示された。このようなパターンの関連は、マスク着用の他の動機では認められず、向社会的動機に独自のものであった。以上の結果は、本研究で作成したマスク着用の動機尺度の信頼性および構成概念妥当性を示すものであったといえる。
