项目摘要

本研究の目的は、若齢期以降を対象に、加齢に伴う失敗の意味と時間的展望との関係の変化を解明することである。前年度までに実施したデータ収集と同様の調査方法を用いて、失敗の意味及び失敗エピソードそれぞれに関する自由記述データを追加収集し、テキストマイニングの手法を用いて質的・計量的に解析する。（1）若齢期に該当する大学生を対象に、失敗の意味に関する自由記述データを追加収集する。社会から求められる性役割期待と発達過程の経験が、自伝的推論及び失敗の意味の形成に及ぼす影響を把握する。（2）大学生を対象に、失敗エピソードに関する自由記述データを追加収集し、失敗の意味を形成している失敗エピソードの内容、失敗の生起時期等を把握する。（3）若齢期から高齢期を対象に、失敗の意味に関する自由記述及び時間的展望を測定できる質問紙への回答を求めて、加齢に伴う失敗の意味と時間的展望との関係の変化を把握する。以上3点に関する基礎的データを収集するため、2022年度は下記4つの研究活動を行った。1．調査実施に向けた準備：当初の計画にはなかったが、高齢者が登録されている学外施設にて、失敗エピソードに関する対面調査の機会を得た。当初の計画も含めて、所属大学及び共同研究機関の研究倫理委員会に申請を行い、承認を受けた。2．調査の実施：主な先行研究文献を入手し、自伝的推論等に関するこれまでの重要な研究知見を整理した。それとともに、前年度までに実施したデータ収集と同様の調査方法を用いて、失敗の意味に関する調査は大学生91名、失敗エピソードに関する調査は大学生57名に実施し、自由記述データを追加収取した。3．調査データの分析：テキストマイニングの解析手法を用いて、調査から得られたデータを分析した。4．調査データの公表：本研究テーマと関連して、これまで蓄積してきた調査データを分析し、関連事項の論考も含めて学会発表を行った。
