本研究は、精神疾患の病的信念を調べるための多次元面接法Nepean Belief Scale(NBS)の日本語版を作成し、強迫症の強迫観念、統合失調症の妄想、うつ病の自己否定的信念、および健常者の思考を比較することを目的としている。原著者のBrakoulias教授（シドニー大学）の指導のもと、NBSの日本語訳は完成した。現在は各精神疾患の病的信念に関する信頼性と妥当性を確認するため、研究協力医療機関において調査が開始されている。特に統合失調症に関しては、2023年中に目標の被験者数に達する可能性が高くなった。一方、強迫症とうつ病、および健常者（対照群）に関しては調査がやや遅れている。統合失調症を対象とした調査の途中経過を分析したところ、NBS日本語版も十分な再検査信頼性と評価者間一致率を示している。また、客観的症状評価の得点や、自記式の妄想尺度であるPDI得点との相関も高く、十分な臨床的妥当性を有していることが推測される。現在のところ、本研究における統合失調症の被験者の年齢は、急性期のpsychosis入院患者を対象にした先行研究（Rajendran et al., 2023）よりも高い。したがって、本研究の被験者は慢性期にある人が多いと考えられるので、Rajendranらの報告と簡単に比較できないが、これまでの分析結果から考えると、NBS日本語版は慢性期統合失調症の妄想の評価にも有用であることが示唆される。

This study aims to compare the Japanese version of the Nepean Belief Scale(NBS), which is a multi-dimensional approach to mental disorders, obsessive compulsive thinking, schizophrenia delusions, self-denial beliefs, and healthy thinking. The original author of Professor Brakoulias (NBS) and the Japanese language guide were completed. Now, the credibility and appropriateness of beliefs related to mental disorders are confirmed, and research and cooperation with medical institutions are initiated. In particular, schizophrenia is associated with a high probability of achieving the target number of victims by mid-2023. One side, obsessive-compulsive disorder, disease, and health (contrast group) are related to the investigation. Schizophrenia is the most common cause of schizophrenia. The results of the evaluation of the symptoms of the patient, the correlation between the results of the self-recording and the clinical appropriateness of the patient are high, and the results of the self-recording are high. The present study is a pilot study of schizophrenia patients admitted to hospital at the age of 18 and at the acute stage (Rajendran et al., 2023). The results of this study were compared with those of the Japanese version of NBS, and the results of this study were useful in evaluating schizophrenia in chronic phase.
