今年度は，5年間の研究計画の初年度にあたる。本研究は希死念慮があるなど，何らかの生きにくさを抱える学生に対する自殺予防や心理支援のあり方を検証することが目的である。具体的には，生きにくさを抱える学生への追跡調査を行いつつ，学生相談における予防的支援の活動分析を行い，対象学生の援助希求・ニードと支援提供の時期や方法の適合性の検討を検証する。さらには，学生相談カウンセラーと学内支援者（ピアサポーター，大学教職員）とが協働して予防的介入を行い，その有効性，および，各支援者の役割と支援のあり方を検証することが目的である。今年度は，これまでの先行研究を収集・まとめを行った。また，学生相談に力を入れている主要大学の担当者からの情報収集・意見交換を通して，問題の整理と研究の展望を行った。また，研究実施校の新入生1839名に対し，心理的適応尺度（自尊感情，抑うつ，不安など）を用いたこころの健康調査を実施した。その後，心理的不適応群83名に支援者から呼びかけを行ったところ，11名から返信があった。これらの結果を踏まえて，調査項目の修正，呼びかけのタイミングや方法についての問題点や改善点などを検討した。

This is the first year of a five-year research project. This study aims to provide psychological support for suicide prevention among students. Specifically, student tracking surveys are conducted for students, student conversation is conducted for preventive support activities, student assistance requests are addressed, and the suitability of support methods is examined. In addition, students talk to each other and support students in the university (such as university staff) to cooperate with each other in the prevention of intervention. This year, the first research was conducted. Students talk to each other, leaders of major universities gather information, exchange opinions, organize problems, and conduct research. In this study, 1839 new students were enrolled in the school, and psychological fitness scales (self-esteem, depression, anxiety) were used to conduct health surveys. 83 of them were from the psychological discomfort group, and 11 of them were from the psychological discomfort group. The results of this study were reviewed, and the correction of the survey item was investigated. The problem points and improvement points were discussed.
