项目摘要

２０２２年５月から２０２３年１月までの期間で，本研究担当者を中心としたオンライン研究会を１０回開催した。学術雑誌（「心理学評論」，「精神療法」など）や専門書籍を用いて，マインドフルネスに関する知識の伝達および議論を行い，研究手法について検討した。加えて、研究担当者全員が生理的指標の測定が可能な媒体を用いてマインドフルネスの個人実践を行ったり，研究主担当者の一般向けマインドフルネスワークショップにおける実践に参加したりと，実体験の機会を積極的に確保した。また，非行少年のマインドフルネス心理教育プログラムの策定に向けた予備的研究として，一般青年を対象としたマインドフルネス介入による調査研究を行なった。マインドフルネスの一種であるジャーナリング（書く瞑想）の心理的効果について，実施前後の質問紙（POMS2）結果の変化と記述内容から分析した。結果については，否定的な感情傾向の低減，内省傾向や自己理解の幅の増進，身体感覚の鋭敏化等が効果として示唆された。なお，当該研究については，「ジャーナリング（書く瞑想）の心理的効果に関する一考察　―女子大学生への実践から得られる示唆―」（京都光華女子大学研究紀要(60),pp.65-79）に掲載されている。非行・問題行動傾向のある青少年への研究調査に向けて，少年院および児童自立支援施設において，マインドフルネスの実践指導を行っている。それぞれ月１回のペースで実施し，対象者の特徴やニーズについて臨床場面を通じて理解するよう努めている。児童自立支援施設においては，中学校の夏休み期間に５日間の集中的マインドフルネスプログラムを実施した。当該実施内容については，日本健康心理学会第３５回大会において，「問題行動傾向のある青少年へのヨガ・マインドフルネスの効用―児童自立支援施設における実践プログラムの一考察―」との題目によりポスター発表を行なった。

During the period from May 2022 to January 2023, the research center held 10 research meetings. A kind of psychological effect of "book thinking", the change and description of the result of "POMS2" before and after implementation As a result, negative emotional tendency decreased, introspective tendency increased, self-understanding increased, and body sensitivity increased. When the study was conducted, it was published in "An Investigation of the Psychological Effects of the Book of Thought-Practical Implications for Female College Students"(Proceedings of Kyoto Guanghua Women's University Research (60), pp. 65 -79). Research on Adolescent Behaviour Disorientation, Juvenile Home and Child Independence Support Program, and Practical Guidance on Adolescent Behaviour In the first month of the year, the characteristics of the subject and the clinical situation are understood. Children's self-reliance support facilities are implemented during the summer break of the middle school. When the content of this implementation was reviewed, the Japanese Society of Health Psychology held its 35th General Assembly, and the topic of "Problem Action Tendency and the Use of Adolescent Health Care-A Survey of Child Self-reliance Support Facilities" was reviewed.
