本研究は、これまで研究代表者が取り組んできた当事者の視点や立場を踏まえた有意味な認知リハ、すなわちオーセンティック認知リハを、以下3つの立場から進展・深化させるものである。まず、研究1として、当事者中心の心理的アプローチを実現するために、当事者の「現象学的な経験に手を付ける」ことを明らかにする。研究2では、ピア・サポート的な心理教育を広く行うために、ICT機器や動画配信サービス活用による当事者の情報発信を検討・実践する。そして研究3では、当事者のニーズに沿った認知リハアプリの開発するために、当事者との対話を重視し、当事者の視点を実装するとともに、ICT機器やSNSを活用した当事者参加型の開発環境の在り方について検討を進める。2022年度においては、研究1では高次脳機能障害を対象とした現象学的アプローチに関する文献レビューを行った。研究2では、YouTubeやSNSにおいてこれまでどのような情報が高次脳機能障害に関して配信されているのかを調べたほか、それぞれの配信方法のメリットとデメリットについて当事者を踏まえて議論を行った。また、高次脳機能障害の心理教育に適用されている集団療法として、アサーションやSSTについてまとめ、「最新リハビリテーション基礎講座　臨床心理学」の第11章内「集団療法、アサーション、SST」にまとめた。2023年度に刊行予定である。研究3では、記憶障害や社会的行動障害を抱える当事者への家族による声掛けの負担軽減や自らの行動のモニタリングをするためのツール開発に着手した。その際、本研究代表者が臨床実践活動として行っている高次脳機能障害を抱えた当事者のための自助グループ「満咲」のメンバーの協力を得て、当事者の視点から課題の検討をする場を設け、当事者参加型の開発環境の土台を築いた。

This study is based on the following three aspects: the viewpoint and position of the participants, the progress and deepening of the position. 1. In 2022, the first study was conducted on the study of high-order functional impairment. In study 2, YouTube SNS was used to distribute information, which was related to high-level functional impairment. Group Therapy, Dissolution and SST in Chapter 11 of "The Latest Basic Lectures on Clinical Psychology" 2023 is scheduled to be published. Study 3: Memory impairment and social behavioral impairment, including the burden on the affected family, and the burden on the affected family. At the same time, this study represents the achievement of cooperation between clinical practice activities and high-level functional impairment, the establishment of a field for discussion of the subject's viewpoint, and the establishment of a platform for the development of the subject's participatory environment.
