项目摘要

都心の賑わいを創出しその活性化を図るためには，土地利用と交通サービスを連携させた都心空間の再整備戦略を策定し，その整備効果を評価することが求められる．この際には，来街者の回遊行動モデルの構築が不可欠である．本研究では，交通手段の選択行動を組み込んだ上で，平面の移動空間に時間軸を導入した時空間上で移動と滞在を同時に記述することができる時空間マルチモーダル回遊行動モデルを構築することを目的としている．なお，研究対象地域は，神戸市都心部と金沢市中心部を取り上げた．2022年度は，金沢市中心部における来街者を対象として，GPS行動調査・アンケート調査を実施した．過年度に構築した交通手段，移動・滞在の判別モデルを適用して，取得したGPS行動軌跡データから来街者の交通手段・移動・滞在の判別を行い，それらにみられる特徴を明らかにした．具体的には，金沢市中心部では徒歩のみで回遊するパターンが半数を占めており，複数の交通手段を組合わせて回遊するパターンでは徒歩とバスを組み合わせるパターンが最も多くなっていた．また，公共交通を組み合わせて回遊することで，来街者の訪問箇所数，まちなかでの総滞在時間が増加することが明らかとなった．次に，再帰型ロジットモデルを適用して，来街者のマルチモーダル経路選択モデルを構築した．このとき，マルチモーダルな経路選択行動を記述するために，多層ネットワーク構造を提案した．これによって，土地利用を再編と交通サービス水準の改善が来街者の経路選択行動に及ぼす影響を定量的に評価することが可能となった．マルチモーダル経路選択モデルのパラメータは比較的良好に推定することができた．構築したモデルを用いて，歩道の拡幅・バス運賃の改善が経路選択行動に与える影響をシミュレーションした．
