项目摘要

本研究は、地域におけるオフグリッド可搬空間の社会実装を目的として、事例調査による学術的な整理をし、地域導入のための指標化と地域導入効果の分析によって、地方創生に資するオフグリッド可搬空間を提案する実践的研究である。再生可能エネルギーや蓄電池の普及により、商用電力系統に接続しないオフグリッド可搬空間が現実味を帯びてきており、地域の防災や脱炭素化に貢献できる可能性があるものの、可搬空間やオフグリッド空間に関する研究が少なく、本研究によってオフグリッド可搬空間の学術的な体系化や地域社会への導入効果を明らかにする。本研究では、地方創生に資するオフグリッド可搬空間を「A:モビリティ空間」「B:オフグリッド空間」「C:コミュニティ空間」「D:空間デザイン」に分類し、研究1～研究4の小課題を立てた。令和4年度はSTEP1として、研究1に該当する「A:モビリティ空間」と「B:オフグリッド空間」の学術的な整理に着手し、国内の14の事例の整理とそれらの地域活性に対するアウトプット及びアウトカムをまとめるとともに、「B:オフグリッド空間」の具体的事例を1事例調査した。また、研究2のオフグリッド可搬空間御指標化のためのアンケート調査をモデル地域である千葉県長生郡長柄町で実施した。さらに研究3として、地方創生に資するオフグリッド可搬空間の第1回目のプロトタイプをデザインし、研究計画調書で計画した通り外部資金を活用してモックアップを完成させ、国際学会で発表した。

This study aims at the research on the social implementation of movable space in terms of geographical location, case study, academic arrangement, geographical introduction, indexing and geographical introduction effect analysis, and practical research on the proposal of movable space in terms of local creative resources. The possibility of regeneration and popularization of storage batteries, the possibility of connection between commercial power systems, the contribution of transportable space to the present situation, disaster prevention and decarbonization of regions, the research on transportable space and transportable space, and the introduction of academic systematization of transportable space into regional society are discussed in this paper. In this study, the small topics of Study 1 to Study 4 were classified into three categories: "A: Space,""B: Space,""C: Space," and "D: Space." In 2004, we began to organize the academic research of "A: Right Space" and "B: Right Space" in STEP1, and conducted a case study of "B: Right Space" in 14 cases in China, and organized the specific cases of "A: Right Space" and "B: Right Space." 2. The investigation of spatial control index was carried out in Chiba Prefecture. The third phase of the research project is the first phase of the research project, which involves the use of external funds and the development of an international society.
