项目摘要

本研究は、小売近代化の食生活、都市化、農村要素市場、農業者の5要素への影響（同様に、各要素からの小売革新への影響）を捉えることで、ベトナムの農業経済と、ひいてはベトナム農業の主要な担い手である小規模農家への影響を明らかにすることを目的とする。初年度は、コロナの影響を鑑み、現地調査旅費を確保していなかったため、研究組織内で課題に関連するこれまでの成果の共有と、打ち合わせを行った。まず、産地の状況と流通システムの変化に関して、研究代表者は、ハノイ近隣と遠隔地であるSon La県のの安全野菜生産協同組合等を訪問し、ハノイ市内の青果物需要増加に伴って、遠隔地に安全野菜産地が形成されつつあること、ハノイ近隣の農協が中心となって販売ネットワークが形成されている可能性があることを指摘した。分担者である辻は、花卉産地に関しても、都市化・工業化によってハノイ近郊産地の農地は収用され、技術を持った農家が周辺産地へ出作しており、産地の移動と、もともとの産地を中心とする技術・販売ネットワーク形成の可能性を示唆している。加えて、分担者である坂田は、アグリテック企業の参入に関して調査を行っており、ICTを活用した新しい形の農業・農産物流通がベトナムで広がりつつあり、パッケージ化されたデジタル技術を応用した農業生産が今後急速に広がる可能性があることを指摘している。これらの研究活動に加えて、ベトナムの青果物流通に関して精通しているTran Huu Cuong氏（ベトナム国家農業大学准教授）、Vu Thi Hong Nga氏（ベトナム国家農業大学講師）、安全野菜生産・流通農協の活動支援と流通効率化に向けた研究を行っている萱野直樹氏（JICAベトナム）との連携を構築することができ、来年度以降、連携して研究していくこととなった。

This study focuses on the impact of five factors on small-scale agricultural modernization, urbanization, rural factor market and farmers (i.e., the impact of each factor on small-scale agricultural innovation). In the first year, the impact of the project was identified, the cost of field investigation was ensured, and the results of the project were shared and coordinated within the research organization. The research representatives are concerned with the change of production area and circulation system, and the possibility of the formation of safe wild vegetable production system between neighboring and remote areas. Contributors include the production of flowers, urbanization, industrialization, agricultural land use, technology, production of agricultural land, production of agricultural land, production of In addition, the participation of enterprises in research, ICT and the use of new forms of agriculture and agricultural product circulation are also discussed.
