英文摘要
In FY 2022 we have successfully ran experiments to identify subcellular specificity of sate-dependent inhibition. We have recorded neural activity from different compartments of two types of output neurons in the olfactory bulb. With these data we were able to identify where in these cells (in which compartments) inhibition occurred in a behavioural relevant context. We thus have successfully reach our milestone for this fiscal year. In addition, we started to run experiments to identify the source of this inhibition. The preliminary results were shared at a major international neuroscience conference in November and have been positively received by our peers.
