项目摘要

2022年度においては本研究における症例収集の土台となる疾患レジストリ事業を継続してきた。2022年3月末の時点で13例（自施設13例）の登録数であったCIDPレジストリであるが、2023年3月末の時点で90例（自施設79例、他施設11例）の登録数まで順調に伸ばしてきている。少数ながらゲノム検体収集の協力を得られず臨床情報のみ登録されているケースもあるが、多くの症例では臨床情報とセットでゲノム検体の収集も行えている。これまでは他施設の倫理審査手続きに時間を要した影響もあり、自施設からの登録が主体であったが、2022年11月に他施設からのfirst patient inがあり、2023年3月末までに他施設は3施設が共同研究機関として登録されるに至った。また、さらに4施設に対して共同研究機関として追加するための説明会を行い、倫理審査に向けての手続きを行っている。これらの新たに追加される共同研究機関の中には先だって行ったCIDP全国疫学調査で多くのCIDP患者を診療していると報告のあった施設を複数含んでいるため、2023年下旬頃には200例という当初の登録目標を達成できるものと見込んでいる。
