项目摘要

本研究では、レム睡眠行動障害と確定診断がつく前の段階であるprodromal RBDについて、臨床例から抽出した例について詳細なフォローアップを実施している。レム睡眠行動障害の症状は全くないが「レム睡眠時の筋活動抑制障害」が診断カットオフを超える者は終夜睡眠検査を受けた50例のうち7例（14%）存在した。対して、レム睡眠行動障害の症状はあるが、「レム睡眠時の筋活動抑制障害」が診断カットオフに満たない者(provisionally diagnosed RBD)は176例中49例（27.8%）存在した。現在、これらの例について、フォローアップPSG検査とαシヌクレイノパチー関連検査を実施している。その結果、provisionally diagnosed RBDの過半数が、約3年のフォローアップにより、診断カットオフを超えるRWAを呈し、RBD確定例となっていた。
