好中球性皮膚症の代表である壊疽性膿皮症に焦点を当て、病変部皮膚局所におけるneutrophil extracellular traps (NETs)の局在を蛍光免疫二重染色法により検討した。また壊疽性膿皮症の臨床型ごとに、NETsの局在の動態に差があるかについても検討した。

Bulbar dermatosis represents the focus of gangrenous dermatosis, and the neutrophil extracellular traps (NETs) bureau of the dermatosis department of the disease is used in the photoimmune double staining method. The patients with gangrenous dermatosis, bed-type dermatosis, and the NETs Bureau were in the state of action.
