食物アレルギーの耐性獲得に、環境アレルゲン量が関係するかのRCTを行う計画立案、準備を行った。対象のアレルゲンはピーナッツ、クルミ、カシューナッツに決定した。アトピー性皮膚炎の影響、耐性獲得のしやすさから対象を6歳以下と設定した。介入方法は家族だけでなく頻繁に訪問する実家の祖父母も含めて原因食品の除去をするのか、摂取を継続するのかの2群に割付して2年後の耐性獲得率を比較することとした。ただ、環境アレルゲン量の測定値が傍証として必要と考え、その測定が可能なように某社と研究契約締結を行った。その中で、家族が環境中からアレルゲンを消すだけでなく、掃除による積極的な環境中からの除去が必要という仮説も発生した。そこで、①環境中のアレルゲン量は家族の摂取中止のみで減少するのか、徹底的な掃除が無ければアレルゲン量は低下しないのか、についても検討を加えることとした。②家族の摂取中止＋徹底的な掃除を行う群vs家族は継続的に摂取継続する群の2群にランダム化割り付けを行ったRCTを設計した。2023/2月に倫理申請し、4/17に承認された。jRCT登録を現在申請中である。上記2つについて検討することとした。契約や皮膚検査液（2023/3月で国内販売が中止されることが決まった検査液があるため、急遽輸入使用することとした）の準備に約半年ほど予定より時間がかかったが、2023/4-5月より患者登録を開始できる準備が整う。
