项目摘要

本研究は、医療現場における家族システム看護の知識活用を促進する因子を明らかにするため、家族システム看護の知識搬種にそれぞれ特徴のあるタイ、インドネシア、日本の3カ国で同一の調査票による比較研究を行う。具体的な研究課題は次の2点である。1､看護師および家族の因子について Andersen’s Behavioral Model の概念枠組みを援用し、とくに宗教観とスピリチュアルケア実践の関連について3カ国の相違点を明らかにする。2､医療環境因子として、The Ottawa Model of Research Useの概念枠組みを援用し、とくにICTの活用状況と医療者‐患者・家族の家族情報に関する共有状況および情報に対する認識の関連について3カ国の相違点を明らかにする。平成25年度は文献検討による尺度等の選択、決定を行う計画であった。各分担研究者の文献レビューの結果をふまえ、協力者と国内研究会議、国際研究会議を行い、以下の段階まで決まった。(1)調査票としてWrightらが開発した「15分以内でできる家族インタビュー」の項目を使用する。3カ国共に、大学病院での調査は可能であるが、在宅医療では難しいので、外来クリニックや診療所勤務の看護師を対象に含める。(2)ICTの使用環境について、電子カルテ使用環境で、家族ジェノグラムをどのように記載し利用しているかについて調査する。
