项目摘要

本研究の目的は、がん看護実践者を対象にエビデンスに基づくがん看護実践学習プログラムを関連組織との調整により開発、介入、評価し、課題を検討することである。研究課題は以下の通りである。研究課題１：エビデンスにも基づくがん看護実践学習プログラムを組織との調整により開発する。研究課題２：がん看護実践者を対象にがん看護実践学習プログラムを介入する。研究課題３：エビデンスに基づくがん看護実践学習プログラムの介入過程を評価し、課題を検討する。今年度、平成27年度の計画は、前年度から研究遂行している研究課題1及び研究課題2である、がん看護実践者を対象にプログラムを開発と介入のパイロット研究を継続することであった。実施状況は、パイロット研究として調整により開発したがん看護実践学習プログラムにそくして隔月に研究介入を行い、データ収集を行った。データ分析は、プログラムへの参加満足度については、4段階の評価で参加者全員が３～４と高く、またエビデンスに基づく看護実践の重要性が認識できたという記述内容であった。このようなデータ分析結果から、がん看護実践学習プログラムのこの段階での確定プログラムと判断した。このような、パイロット研究結果をまとめ、学会発表の準備を行っている。

The purpose of this study is to investigate the development, intervention, evaluation and problem of nursing practice, and to explore the relationship between nursing practice and learning. The research topic is as follows.
