项目摘要

1998年度の研究の実績1998年度の目的は、1995年、1996年にアルバニアのチラナにある国立公文書局で、オスマン朝末期に海外において改革活動を行っていたイブラヒム=テモに関する史料調査を行った時に収集した史料によってオスマン朝末期の改革運動の海外における活動状況を考察することであった。現在、アルバニアは隣国に居住するアルバニア人同胞の運動の影響を受けており、バルカン半島全体が不安定な状態であるため、今後の史料収集は見とうしがきかない状態にあり、今までに収集した史料の価値は高いといえる。1998年度は、1996-7年度に引き続いて、史料となるこれらの手紙および指示通告文書などの史料をローマ字化する作業にあたった。昨年と同様に、トルコ共和国アンカラ大学歴史学科のオゼル=エルゲンチ教授の協力を受けて、史料の重要な部分について解読、ローマ字化を行い、収集した史料の解読にあたった。イブラヒム=テモに宛てた手紙類のほかに、パリ、ジュネーブの統一と進歩委員会の本部の発行した文書もあり、機関紙「オスマンル」紙と対象も行い、特に今年度はオスマン朝末期の改革運動である統一と進歩委員会と青年トルコ人の海外での改革運動を活動資金の面からの解明を試みた。
