项目摘要

本研究では、既存のモデル事例を積極的に活用することにより、業務改革案の立案を支援する方法を検討する。その第1歩として、ビジネスプロセスのモデル化を実現する方式を考案する。次いで、作成されたビジネスプロセスモデルを基に、組織における業務改革案の立案を支援する方法を検討し、業務改革支援システム環境を構築する。過去の事例の活用や、業務改革で期待される要素技術を中心に、我々は以下のようなビジネスプロセスの業務改革のための手法・技術を考案、開発してきた。1) ワークフローモデルのモデル作成支援、分析技法とシステム構築技法2) 種々のビジネス形態における事例データ分析方式3) カップリングポイントによる新生産管理方式4) エレクトリツクコマース(EC)のための技術1)は、ビジネスプロセスの業務改革案を評価・分析・実現するためのワークフローに関する研究であり、2)〜5)は、現在、ビジネスプロセスの業務改革を劇的に行うために、各分野で必要とされている要素技術の研究である。現在の業務分析、並びに改革後の業務を分析するための方式と、種々のビジネスプロセスにおけるデータ処理技術を開発することにより、様々なビジネスプロセスの業務改革案を構成する枠組を実現した。今後の展望として、これらの技術を統合的に用いることにより、現実のビジネスプロセスの改革を効率的かつ効果的に行う体系的な方法論の確立と実世界への効用が期待される。
