项目摘要

新型コロナウイルスの流行は世界中に大きな影響を与えた．人々は自宅に留まるよう指示され，多くの活動がオンライン上で代替されるようになった．これに伴い，都市空間や社会的な価値観にも変化が生じた．本研究では，このような状況下において人々の生活の質がどのように変化したのかを明らかにすることを目的としている．また，研究成果を今後の都市計画に活かすことも目指している．本研究において特筆される点は，都市空間の物質的変化と人々の生活の質に対する価値観の変化の相互作用に注目している点である．令和4年度には，本研究において特に重要な都市空間の物質的変化についての調査が進展した．東京都を事例に，2019年から2021年にかけて店舗の業種構成がどのように変化したかを地理情報システム（GIS）を駆使して明らかにした．小地域を分析単位として27種類の業種を対象に分析を行い検討した結果，人々の生活様式の変化は一様ではなく，地域的差異が存在することがわかってきた．例えば，オンラインショッピングで代替可能な業種の実店舗は全体的に減少する傾向がみられたが，都心部と周辺部ではその傾向の大きさが異なることが明らかになった．また本研究では，都市の物質的環境と人々の心理的環境の相互作用をGISで一元管理して分析する手法の開発にも取り組んだ．この手法により，都市空間の変化が人々の生活の質に与える影響をより正確に評価することができるようになった．この研究成果を国際学会（Asian Conference on GeographyおよびAAG Annual Meeting）で発表し，今後の調査に役立つフィードバックを得た．

The new style of People stay in the house and instruct them to do more activities. The urban space and social values are changing. This study is aimed at improving the quality of life of people under these circumstances. The results of the study are intended to guide future urban planning activities. This study focuses on the transformation of matter in urban space and the interaction between matter and human life. In the fourth year of this year, this research has made progress in the investigation of the transformation of urban space materials. Tokyo Metropolitan Government: From 2019 to 2021, the business structure of the store has changed from geographical information to geographical information (GIS). The analysis of small regions and 27 types of business objects is conducted in the middle of the analysis. The results show that the life style of people is different, and the differences between regions exist. For example, the tendency to reduce the total number of potential commercial enterprises is different from the tendency to reduce the number of enterprises. This study aims at the development of GIS management and analysis methods for the interaction between urban physical environment and human psychology. This means that the transformation of urban space will affect the quality of life of people. The results of this research were announced at the Asian Conference on Geography and the AAG Annual Meeting, and future investigations were conducted.
