2022年度は主に1930年代から1940年代の沖縄について調査研究をした。沖縄県で実施された史料調査と聞き取り調査に基づいて、現在進行中の論文（博士論文の一章）の題目を「戦時沖縄の神社・御嶽と植民地主義」にした。神社がどのように20世紀の沖縄県で植民地主義が発生する場になったのか、そして神社の拡張に伴って沖縄在来の信仰である御嶽信仰がいかに鎮圧され、または国家神道に統合されたのか、そして沖縄人がどのように「ヤマト」の植民地主義に向き合ったのか、などのテーマについて解明しようとした。当時の日本政府と沖縄県当局がどれほど沖縄の御嶽信仰を消滅しようとしたのか、そしてその過程における沖縄人の紆余曲折の抵抗・主体性がどのように展開されたのかを明らかにすることは、本論文の主なインサイトと言えよう。2023年度に本論文の内容をまとめて、学術誌に投稿する予定である。また、沖縄フィールドワークにて体験した様々な経験を民族誌的な文章にして、台湾のメディア「天下雑誌換日線」に掲載させた。（例えば：〈沖繩縣知事選舉，為何値得臺灣人關注？「反基地派」玉城丹尼連任，民意其實分？〉（中文，天下雜誌換日線Crossing，2022年9月14日）。〈害怕再被日本背叛：「我想獨立。過得窮一點也沒關係」〉（中文，天下雜誌換日線Crossing，2023年1月24日）。）このように、沖縄の歴史、及び歴史と現在との絡み合う関係を台湾の市民社会に紹介しようとした。さらに、日本近現代史に関する紹介的な文章も何本台湾のメディアに掲載させた。その他、日本のメディアに台湾／日台関係の歴史に関する文章を一本掲載させた。このように、台湾のメディアで沖縄と日本のことを紹介し、日本のメディアで台湾と日台関係のことを発信することで、研究者として日本・沖縄・台湾間の相互理解を促進しようとした。
